Capsul is a command-line utility designed to minimize the number of tokens sent to LLMs like Claude and Codex. Instead of uploading an entire repository, the tool analyzes the specified task and extracts only the relevant code lines and files needed to complete it. The tool runs locally on the user's machine, keeping code, environment variables, and keys private. It integrates directly with the user's existing Claude or ChatGPT CLI subscriptions, avoiding secondary API billing or intermediate server relays.
