About
Corpus is a company formation and legal compliance platform built for both human founders and AI agents, operating across all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. The platform handles company formation filings while identifying the specific federal, state, and municipal regulations that apply to a business based on its structure, industry, and location.
Corpus is also built around emerging agentic and crypto-native business infrastructure. Founders and autonomous agents can complete company formation workflows directly from an AI conversation, then pay for formation using either traditional payment rails or USDC on Solana. This gives AI agents a path from conversation to legal entity formation to programmable on-chain payment without requiring the user to leave the workflow until final review.
The platform includes a free, searchable public law library covering state laws, municipal regulations, zoning codes, and other local rules that are often difficult to find online.
Accuracy is protected through a human-gated filing process. AI can collect information, interpret formation requirements, prepare the filing, and initiate payment, but a person reviews the exact filing payload before it is submitted to the state.
The goal is to provide the legal formation and compliance layer for the emerging agentic economy: AI agents can help create the company, Corpus gives it a legal identity, and USDC on Solana gives it a programmable payment rail.
