MARK C — Counterfactual Intelligence for Better Decisions
MARK C is an AI-powered counterfactual decision-intelligence platform built to answer one of the most important questions behind any major choice: “What happens if I choose differently?” Instead of producing a single prediction or recommendation, MARK C allows users to model a decision, explore competing alternatives, and examine multiple possible futures before committing resources, capital, time, or strategy. It transforms complex and uncertain decisions into structured scenarios that can be compared, tested, and understood.
At its core, MARK C combines counterfactual reasoning, probabilistic modelling, Monte Carlo simulation, sensitivity analysis, and robustness assessment to evaluate how a decision performs when assumptions and circumstances change. Rather than simply identifying the option with the highest expected outcome, MARK C examines how reliable that choice actually is. It can identify the variables that matter most, expose the weakest assumptions behind a strategy, and determine how much uncertainty a decision can tolerate before another alternative becomes preferable.
MARK C goes a step beyond conventional predictive analytics through tools such as its Reversal Engine, Robustness Score, Weakest Link analysis, and Data Worth Collecting framework. The Reversal Engine asks what specifically would have to change for the recommended decision to reverse. Sensitivity analysis reveals which assumptions exert the greatest influence on the outcome, while the Robustness Score helps users understand whether a decision remains strong across thousands of simulated futures. MARK C can also identify where obtaining additional information could meaningfully improve decision confidence—helping users distinguish between uncertainty that matters and uncertainty that does not.
The platform is designed as a general-purpose decision engine rather than a tool restricted to one industry. Businesses can use MARK C to evaluate pricing, expansion, investment, hiring, product launches, resource allocation, procurement, and strategic alternatives, while specialized models can extend the same framework to healthcare, economics, policy, research, and other high-stakes environments. The objective is not to replace human judgment, but to give decision-makers a clearer picture of the consequences, uncertainties, trade-offs, and alternative paths surrounding their choices.
MARK C turns “What should we do?” into “What happens if we do—and what happens if we don’t?” By allowing users to explore the futures behind a decision before making it, MARK C aims to move decision-making from intuition and static prediction toward transparent, explainable, and uncertainty-aware intelligence.
