Rentvalet is an automated property management platform designed for small landlords managing 1 to 50 rental units. The software monitors tenant email and SMS channels around the clock to triage maintenance requests, dispatch approved vendors, and manage late-rent payment communications. Operating as four cooperative automated agents, the system handles tenant communication, vendor coordination, rent collections, and monthly financial reconciliation. Landlords receive a weekly performance brief detailing rent collected, active tickets, and average response times.
