runs.space is a launch platform where makers submit their projects to compete in community-voted races. Designed as an alternative to traditional launch sites, the platform features a gamified system where projects, represented as rockets, climb from Earth to Orbit by receiving votes, known as fuel, from other users. There are two main tracks: a weekly sprint where projects compete for a prize pool funded by participant entries, and an ongoing marathon where any project reaching 500 votes is permanently listed in the hall of fame. The platform offers a free tier as well as paid options that fund the weekly prize pools.
